The Annex
The Annex is one of Toronto’s premiere neighbourhoods, with historic flair in the centre of the City. The homes in the area are known for their unique Torontonian style of architecture, borrowing from American, British and Romanesque styles. Bloor Street from St. George to Bathurst has something for everyone, from The Royal Ontario Museum, to the restaurants of Korea Town, to vibrant retail shops. The Annex is full of people from all walks of life, including undergrads studying at the University of Toronto, or the successful Bay Street professional. With the beautiful tree lined streets, and its proximity to unique landmarks, and transit, the neighbourhood is ideal for everyone.

Leslieville & Riverdale
Just east of the Don Valley Parkway is the family friendly, up in coming neighbourhood that was once acclaimed by the New York Times as the next Williamsburg. Not only does it have hip coffee shops, and unique boutique shops, but it's location neighbours the Studio District, so it's no surprise it would end up as the backdrop to many film and TV productions. In recent years, Leslieville has experienced growth, especially in the construction of new mid rise condominiums. These developments have been densifying the area, and creating a buzz that has transitioned the area from working class to popular
Riverdale is just to the north west of Leslieville, with the Don River Valley as it's western borders, and Danforth and Greektown to the north. As a gateway to the east-end of Toronto's neighbourhoods, it is a large and diverse community, with high density and old victorian homes. Riverdale is home to one of the cities largest green spaces, Riverdale Park, as well as lots of shopping, access to transit, and great schools.

The Beach
The Beach looks and feels like a quaint lakeside village, rather than a neighbourhood in a City of two million. The charming, laid back neighbourhood feels more like a lakeside resort town, than a big city neighbourhood. In the summertime, thousands of Torontonians and tourists flock to The Beach to walk on The Boardwalk, exercise along the Martin Goodman Trail, relax by the water, or shop and dine at the colourful stores and restaurants along Queen Street.
